Ok, so i have been doing slimming world from home for a few weeks now, and thought it would be a good idea to put my food diary on here, so i can maybe get some advise and stop myself going off plan
I'm gonna fill in a few days/weeks of diary and try and update daily. I do EE every day. May need to mix it up at somepoint but right now this suits me perfectly!
HEA 350ml skimmed milk
HEB 2x alpen light bars (yummy!)
BREAKFAST; banana, 5 strawberries, banana muller light
LUNCH;pasta, 2 bacon medalions (all fat removed), mushrooms, onion, tinned tomatoes
TEA; 2x SW burgers, pitta, a few SW chips and large salad
SNACKS; apple, banana
SYNS; New banana muller=1 walkers baked=5 pitta bread=6.5 tomato sauce=2
Total 14.5
