Ok, so i have been doing slimming world from home for a few weeks now, and thought it would be a good idea to put my food diary on here, so i can maybe get some advise and stop myself going off plan :) I'm gonna fill in a few days/weeks of diary and try and update daily. I do EE every day. May need to mix it up at somepoint but right now this suits me perfectly!

HEA 350ml skimmed milk
HEB 2x alpen light bars (yummy!)
BREAKFAST; banana, 5 strawberries, banana muller light
LUNCH;pasta, 2 bacon medalions (all fat removed), mushrooms, onion, tinned tomatoes
TEA; 2x SW burgers, pitta, a few SW chips and large salad
SNACKS; apple, banana
SYNS; New banana muller=1 walkers baked=5 pitta bread=6.5 tomato sauce=2

Hmmm, im having the same HEA and HEB every day, but i need my milk for tea and alpens to stop me having a munch fest :( Working for now i guess.

I did use a butter bud in the butternut squash mash, but it served 4 and at only 0.5 syn for the sachet i dont think i need to count it :) xx

PLUS THE CAKE!!! Which at a guess was about 15-20 syns :( 6 days till weigh day,gonna cook a batch of super speed soup and sort myself out!

Not actualy had tea yet :) But about to put chicken in the oven and have aready prepared the veg, so this is today :D

EPIC FAIL :(
Don't know what is up with me at the moment! I ended up having another alpen because i am a piggy and 1 was not enough!
Knew i should of just had fruit for breakfast, i NEED those alpen bars in the evening.
Had tea at half 4 which was way too early and only a small lunch! I have added up todays calories on myfitnesspal and it totals 1360, i'm sure thats low enough not to stress over the 3 extra syns but i am ment to be being good after my cake slip up!
Sitting here watching hubby eating a tube of pringles, chocolate bar, and drinking a milky coffee is sooo hard! Ive used my milk and had over my syns and want to eat because i have the munchies! Think i will go to bed :( Im not even hungry, its just one of those days i guess x
