SW Burgers are in the fridge ready for tea so thought id write this down now :)

HEA; 350ml skimmed milk

HEB; 2x alpen lights

BREAKFAST; banana

LUNCH; smoked peppered mackerel, cous cous, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mixed salad leaves, syn free ranch dressing (yum!!)


TEA; SW burgers, Sw chips, mixed salad

SYNS; curly wurly=6, mackerel=2 (plus 7 on something, maybe a pitta with tea)

Well yesterday ended up being another BAD day :( :(
Had an extra 14 syns just because i am a greedy piggy!
Today i am full of willpower and back on track!!

I WILL BE THINNER!!!!!

LUNCH wrap with ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, banana muller yog

TEA pork stir fry, shiritaki 10 calorie noodles, tons and tons of beansprouts,mushrooms,carrot,water chestnuts.

SYNS Banana muller=1 salad cream=0.5 wrap=3.5
Total 5 Hope i manage to get a STS on friday :(
 
It is ALL about will power isint it.
Sometimes when I go to work I leave mine at home by mistake...like a few minutes ago when I took a biscuit just because.
Not even a valid reason.

Weigh day tomorrow! Eeek. Hoping whatever i have gained will spur me on to be better and follow plan :( Though today has been a good day :)

SNACKS; Shared a muller light with the babies, did not get much of it :)

SYNS; 2x pink and whites=5, 2x wraps=7, cod in butter sauce=3

Discovered morrisons vegetable crackers today. Blooming lovely too! 10 crackers for 3.5 syns. I had 4. Would be lovely with a bit of cottage cheese, much more filling and tasty than crisps, they are mini ones, about an inch and a half squared :p

Got a beautiful pasta dish in the oven from the new mag's free cook book. Im hoping it will be ok for lunch tomorrow! Used alot less cheese and broccoli than the recipie stated. 500g of broccoli!! Unless my kitchen scales are wrong that is a MAAHOUUSIVE ammount! Lol.

So here is todays meals

Its been a super bad one involving lots of cake, chinese , various chocolate bars and a buffett :sigh:

But, i have been good appart from those things lol.
This week ended up a kind of fishy week, cod, tuna, mackerel.... Hoping that helps counteract the badddd stuff i ate. Weigh in is tomorrow. And the start of a fresh week :D

Total= 23 (this is the ONLY day this week i will be naughty!!!!!!)

Add to that 3 chunks of toblerone, now i think im gonna spew!! :(

Actually ommited the curly wurly and replaced it with an extra alpen light, saving me 3 syns :) lol
And had broccoli and a lil bit of swede with tea! Sooo happy, i have got through a whole day being 100%, tried something new (celeriac chips!!) and feel lovely and full and satisfied xx
