LUNCH; Roasted mixed squash soup (butternut ,harlequin, onion) onion, garlic, bay leaves, chicken stock, sweetcorn Actualy skipped lunch! The soup is still in the fridge ready for tomorrow. Think breakfast was very filling today

TEA; Cooking right now in the slow cooker, to be eaten later!

Thanks :) I am really happy with the losses, do have my bad days but seems to be ok for the moment! Think i am getting back into the swing of things now. The colder weather makes it so much easyer! xx

Have been having a look through your food diary and its inspired me to try a few red days, have been doing mostly green with a few ee and I'm having a very slow weight loss at the moment.
You've had some really good consistent losses so I thought I may as well give it a go! I know everyones different but its worth a try :)
Hope you dont mind me nicking some ideas... x
 
Hi Mirrakel, Good luck with trying something new :) I only ever do EE as i dont go to class and think i'd be too confused lol! I think what is helping me at the mo is trying new things. Its stopping things getting boring if that makes sense? I have lots of things like spag bol and roast dinners that ain't very exciting, but trying different veg mash combo's or having the squash wedges instead of pasta is a lovely change!

Hope mixing it up a bit gives you good results xx
 
Got caught out today and went wayyy over syns! :( Not happy.

Walked for 6 hours today, took the kids to mcd's after school and was STARVING. Ordered myself a diet coke, but after watching them eat i cracked and ordered a snack wrap, and ate it!!! :(
Ah well, whats done is done i guess. Hope that all the walking will help to counteract the naughtynes! And will now remember to put fruit and alpens in my bag so i have a better option next time.

Worked out that yesterdays muffin actualy had 25 syns!! That put me in a bad mood for the day.:mad:
