Eeeek

Put 3lbs on :( bit gutted but I have had a growth spurt this week so could be down to that, hopefully make up for it in next few weeks

22 weeks pregnant - 200lbs (pre pregnancy 202lbs) weight gain = -2lbs
 
Having dominos tonight, tomorrow shopping day gunna get loads of fruit and veg and try have a healthy few days, lots of water and smoothies try and get my energy back abit!
 
Today I've had

1 slice of pepperoni pizza

Roast chicken. Scoop of mash, 3 roast potatoes, 3 Yorkshire puddings, carrots, gravy.

Bottle of lilt
About 7 celebrations

Big bowl of readybrek with sugar on
Galaxy hot choc w whipped cream

Back on track tomorrow, didn't go shopping today as I felt faint so we had to leave plan to do it tomorrow night x
 
Even worse today was in a&e from 4am-8am took 9 attempts and 3 docs to get canular in, said ive got neuralgia most painful thing iv ever had worse than labour by far, can't have the proper medication for it cus I'm pregnant so got high dose of codeine completely affects my appetite too, can't get out of bed jut feel so horrible just got to wait for it to pass and control with codeine hope it goes soon but they said it can take weeks!
 
I have sciatica too it's awful isn't it, it's quite a similarish feeling, it's nerve damage in face feels like my face is literally about to come off, basically your nerves thing your in pain but you sent your brain creates pain feeling for no reason but cus it's false it's like as bad as it can get :(
 
Thanks girls it seems to be getting better now having bigger gaps between flare ups, been bad tonight but feeling better now so just ate something proper while I can

Today I've ate

2 handfuls midget gems
Carton of mango juice
Small slice of lasagne, about 2/3 box of micro chips
Small butterfinger bar
McCain jacket potato w lurpak, cheese and baked beans
Vanilla and choc mullerlight

Drank loads of sprite zero and volvic water.

Yesterday barely ate so improvement there, hopefully I'll be nearly back to normal tomorrow! X
 
He has been, he's had to go back to work today so just been taking it easy and keeping myself topped up with painkillers!

Cant reccomend those new McCain micro jackets enough they are so so nice and only take 5mins just had one for lunch and feels like it's something abit more substantial than a sandwich but for same amount of time, obv not for everyday but for a quick lunch they are great I can see them being a life saver in those first few weeks with a toddler and a newborn lol x
 
They are really good to say they take 5mins and there's no crap in them the ingredients just says potato, sunflower oil

Today iv been picky eating all day

Micro jacket potato w lurpak and grated cheese
2 cups of tea
Half a butterfinger bar
3 thin slices crusty bread w lurpak
4 slices hot cross bun loaf w lurpak
Coconut mullerlight
Jammy wagonwheel
Drank lots of sprite zero
 
Gunna try get back on track with eating tomorrow been hardly eating and eating crap last few days, gunna try and detox and not eat crap x
 
I give up eating healthy I say I will but my body wants bread crisps im not going to stress my self out now being good I'm in too much pain with my siatica to worry now x how r u feeling mrs s
 
I'm not too bad hips are playing up again, no sciatica as of yet this pregnancy but feels like it might be arriving soon,

Weighed myself this morning and I'm 203lbs now which is 1lb more than pre pregnancy so I'm officially gaining weight now not just what I'd lost, I'm 23+3 today so I suppose I've done well so far, feel like a right fat cow now though even though I know my clothes still it me I don't want to end up huge and I can see 15st just round the corner and it's making me feel ill!
Nothing I can really do though til iv had baby so just got to try and not gain loads!

Started the day with a big bowl of frosties and SS milk shared with my LO and a glass of pineapple and coconut juice, will maybe have toast as a late lunch In a few hours and think I am making a chicken curry tonight for dinner so will pack it with veggies,

Can exercise because my legs hurt just when im sitting down nevermind anything else!
 
Breakfast -
Big bowl of frosties w ss milk
Glass of pineapple and coconut juice

Lunch -
Cheese micro pizza, micro chips
Freddo

Dinner -
Tikka massala sauce, boiled rice, garlic naan bread

Snacks -
Freddo
Cup of tea
Half a butterfingers bar
