Dinner: homemade bacon and bean quiche with sweetcorn and peas
Snack: 2 scan bran topped with quark (2 syns )

Dinner: was singapore. Noodles from the Chinese :-( sooo regret that prob a million sins

On the other had I did weigh in a day early at the docs today and said I was 2lb lighter

A bit of a picky day today :-(

Breakfast: magic porridge make with vanilla muller light
Lunch: 3 scan bran topped with tuna,cucumber and extra extra light Mayo (1syn)
Snack: banana
Dinner: spegiti bolanase with whole meal spegitti
Snack: muller corner snack pot thing I couldn't resist I think it's around 5 syns?

Well today is our first wedding annervarsary I haven't been really following the sw plan 100 percent and my excersise is three times to the gym in the last to weeks which is pretty poor :-( I've been to scared to wi for the past couple of weeks as I just can't face it, I know it's a gain of at least 3 lb it's was my last day today off plan I'm back on the wagon tomorrow better than ever ! I'm so dertimed to do it I'm fed up of feeling chunky !


Here's to a fresh start tomorrow x.

Dinner: 2 small paprika chicken breast with lots of salad and hard boiled egg
