Hi. You seem to have had a good day !! It's good that you have not munched through the stress!! Danger day for me tomorrow, training course with lunch provided. The lunch itself is not a problem if I stick to my other meals. Problem is I tend to get the 'in for a penny in for a pound ' syndrome. At my mums for tea and she is making syn free chicken tray bake so hopefully that will combat it.
Keep up the good work !!

Hope you are doing ok. Today has been a little less stressful so far anyway.

L-Ainsely Harriott Indian Rice
Snack- mullerlight Vanilla & choc & 1 LCL Cheese (1s)
D-fried eggs, 2 quorn sausages & sw chips
1 tom sauce. (3s)
Maybe some strawberries from the garden later.

The tray chicken sounds nice.

Not seen the ainsley harriott rice but it sounds nice. Did ok on my course. Avoided the pastries that they put out on breaks and had fruit. Did my best at lunch but salad was smothered in fatty dressing. Went with pasta and some salmon but suspect that the sauce and also whitener in coffee sent me over on syns. Big test for me now is to stay on track from tomorrow and not let an uncertain day ruin my week.
Chicken bake is just chicken thighs (skinless and boneless) with stock, root veg, thyme and lemon juice baked in oven. Easy one pot dish.

It sounds like you did really well on your course. It is really difficult when all that is available does not fit in with slimming world. I 'm away for a few days next week for a training course with work so that is going to be difficult then off to London the following weekend to wireless festival without the kids. That will be a really test for me not drinking the alcohol.
Had a good day today brought a dress in the summer sale last year and tried it on about 4 weeks ago and couldn't get the zip to the top with breaking the zip, so i thought I would try it again to see how much I had to go and I could do the dress to the top and its a little tight but I reckon another 3 weeks like the last and it should be fine. Hurray I think it might be starting to work.

D-Thai salmon fishcakes and fresh salad from the garden.

Just started drinking some green tea with lemon which is really nice and I don't need the milk. Can't give up my coffee first and last think as yet mind. Little steps at a time.

Back again
Been more or less off plan for three weeks after spending a long weekend in London followed by a week in Cyprus. Now back to plan since Tuesday I think.

Monday - weigh in day

It is good day today I have managed to lose 2.5 lb of the weight which I put on during my holiday weeks. Hurray just need to keep it up. All the main meals for this week are planned just need to be careful with lunches and snacks. Feeling positive today!!

Green Day today trying to vary my food a bit not to get too bored.

Hurray the weekend is almost here lets hope we have some sun.

L - 2 quorn sausages (2s) and one scrambled egg and vanilla muller light

D - was going to have chilli made in the slow cooker but completely forgot. Gammon, jacket potato and maybe a few beans also 0.7g low fat cheese (HEB, 1/2HEA & 4s)

1/2HEA - milk in 3 teas

D - smash pizza, with ham, onions, basil, passata and cheese HEA & HEB

Off to tesco now and try not to be tempted by the crispy creme doughnuts.
I managed not to crack today when I went to greggs for the rest of the dept so doing well so far.
