Awwww Chika, you have stolen my 'Binge Queen' crown! Not happy with you! BUT, get back on track (I have done today - back in ketosis in less than 24 hours) and get another good weight loss this week.
We have to be honest with ourselves - we're on this diet because we are not good at controlling our food intake - if we were, we wouldn't need to diet! What you (and I) did last night was a slight slide into the eater we are trying so hard to move away from. It takes a long time to learn a new habit, and even longer to get rid of old ones.
Don't beat yourself up too much Chika - just get back on track right away - don't throw away the weeks of dieting and great weight losses because of one slide. You've already proved you can do it, so do it again!
