Does anyone have any decent evening meal ideas and recipes they could share because evening times is where I struggle and my calorie intake rises sharply!
If it's any help..I am having 2 slices of beef + 3cups Carrot + 4oz Runner Beans + 2floz Gravy & 4oz Pineapple Slices (tinned in juice) + 2oz Natural Greek Yogurt which comes to 327 Calories so plenty of scope for altering that to suit your taste.
