i just want to say amazing ! i have done exante for one week now and weighed myself today and im thrilled. it was my sons 13th birthday on sunday and we had big party but i successfully avoided the buffet and made one vodka and diet coke last all night with my bottle 750ml water bottle in my bag . i had headache 2nd day but by 4th day my energy levels are unreal and ive lost ..... wait for it 6lb i'm thrilled . just had to tell someone
