Exante WILL help me lose 3 stone

You're doing so well, I'm really chuffed for you! I've not been TS'ing since Monday and I'm well and truly off the wagon today - in fact, I fell off the wagon and it ran me over! :eek:

Back on it tomorrow though, can't wait to hear about your first weigh in xo
 
Aww girlies! Sorry to hear you've fallen off and possibly been squished by the wagon ;) The sun makes me not want to eat which is great but as soon as night comes I'm ravenous as usual! Hope everyone is getting on OK! xx
 
DEAREST DIARY DAY EIGHT - This is LOTS of DAYS in a row for ME :D :D :D The Chiropractor I had my first session with the chiropractor today as I've had a dicky back for a few months now, getting older, was getting larger and it was gradually getting worse. So, no one told me I would have to get in to a back opening gown for my examination. Wore a thong. The velcro gave up. Poor old bloke got a right eye full. :eek: hahahah. Ahhh well, just a shame my bum is still so cellulitey, I might not be embarrassed of it after exante ;) And ***** it was quite painful having him prodding around in my back, but luckily nothing else damaged other than my lower back which I expected. Legs and upper body are just fine. Hopefully I can get the back sorted and will have better results in the gym and a more comfortable time at work than I have been. And what else did he decide to do - WEIGH ME!! So I got a sneak peak in to my weightloss for this week, even though it was after eating so not accurate... I'm down 4LBS :D so happy with that as I've only been properly TSing since sunday, and I've had the odd drink, kebab, burger hiccup haven't I? ;) haha I'm crap! Anyway, real weigh in day tomorrow - first thing in the morn for an accurate reading :) xx

FOOD REVIEWS

I've decided to make an ongoing list of the foods I've tried with reviews and tips for making them nicer.

Green = Yummy
Orange = OK
Red = Blurgh


Diet Pizza - I really enjoyed this, it was my first meal back to exante after 3 years so it was a welcome change from the old soups, shakes, bars plan. I definitely made the base too thick as it was kind of soggy in the middle. I even turned half way to try and cook it a bit better and it was still not right. In future I want to make it nice and thin and hopefully it will crisp up a bit better. The greaseproof paper worked a dream and it slid right off the tray.

Lemon and Raspberry Shake - Creamy, filling, but I don't like flavours this sharp.

Strawberry and banana Shake - Much more to my taste but still not my fave. Always make shakes with a blender, or a shaker at least, stirring isn't enough!

Mushroom Soup - Made it up with 200ml of water and in the blender. It was soooo creamy and yummy. Added onion flavour, salt and pepper. The salt was what made this for me otherwise maybe a bit too sickly with the creaminess.

Carbonara - Carbs by name, but not by nature this time, can't believe they have my on of my all time fave foods on Exante! Made it with cold water by accident so heated on the stove, took quite a while to get it creamy but worth the wait. Flavoured with garlic granules. YUM!

Lemon and Yoghurt Bar - Not keen at all. Texture was fine, yoghurt was a welcome addition but far, far too lemony for my mouth.

Haha, now you say that I agree... Maybe I mean it tastes like lemon kitchen cleaner hahaha - I hated it! x

I'm still 13 stone even after empty Tum weigh in!!!! Not been for a poo in god knows how long tho, maybe I could poo out half a stone??? ;)

I love them, absolutely brilliant they are!

It's so weird, the tastes on here vary so much! There I am extolling the virtues of Creamy Coconut, Lemon and Raspberry and the Lemon & Yoghurt bars, and everyone else hates them! :D

At least we can all agree that the Indian Curry is decent (although I still say the 'carbonara' is like watery Craft Cheesy Pasta ;) ).
 
Oh my god what's happened to me?? After a successful week on TS I feel like I'm back on day one again!! Hungry, moody and so tired!!! I still have a pack left, but I need to stay up and work on the bridesmaids dresses before tomorrow. All I wanna do is sleep, sleep forever. Oh and eat, eat forever. GAHHHHH x
