I started SW two weeks ago and have been going on walks and doing half an hour on the cross trainer 3 times a week but I'd like to give an exercise DVD a go. I prefer to exercise in my own home because gyms make me feel really self conscious. I looked at the 30 Day Shred as I've heard great things about it but don't think I'm anywhere near ready for that so just wondered if anyones tried a few DVD's and could recommend one to get me started?
