This thread is a carry on from last month, to challenge yourself to reach a target no. of hours for the month, covering ALL exercise, running, gym, fitness games etc.

I am setting a target of 24 hrs for the month, so far have completed 5 hrs. Please put in a target that suits you.

nice thread :) if i had more time i would spend my life at the gym. i do 5 hours a week sometimes 6 hours. so far i've done 10 hours. having 2 kids and a hubby that works loads is hard to fit in everything i want to do.

1hr 15 min walking around, body attack, body pump, body combat, step, powerplate, gym work (i had aday off work so i spent it in the gym lol) so 6 hours today

just back from a nice 30min run first outside run of the year. spitting but fresh and blew away some cobwebs and some of the wine i drank last night (oops) :)

I have done another 2 hours on my bike, DVD and circuit training. I am hopefully going for a run later. My head's not good at the moment thou, guess thats the wine!

just updating for this week..... tuesday was core, walking and zumba so 2hrs, tonight it was an hour of zumba. have got runners knee so i'm taking a running break :(
