Helloooo!
I was just wondering what people on WW do to say active.
I do a 15 minute cardio workout in the morning before brekkie,

i walk during the day for about 30 mins to an hour at a faster pace than normal
2 hours after dinner i have a green tea (it speeds up your metabolism, and prevents your body from retaining fat if taken during meal times) i do the weight watchers workout for half an hour, followed by 30 minutes of interval cardio circuit training:
