I just did a mile walk with my Leslie Sansone DVD - and it was fab, took 20 mins - so am going to try 2 miles tomorrow.

Perfect for those with teeny weeny living rooms (like me) as you only need a few feet to do it.

Yes, I have a 2 tread ladder permanently in my kitchen lol :cool:
 
Bren the bedroom looks great hope you get your kitchen sorted soon too.
My exercise 1 hour swim with the girls, 30min walk to the shops (very s l o w l y so not sure it counts!) and 20mins on wii.
 
Have done not much except walk up hill into town today and a bit of housework - will be dancing tonight though :)

What do you need to buy for Wiifit? Is it the wii box thingy, and the thing you stand on? Do you think you get good use out of it?

Good to see lots of eckering while I was away for the weekend.

Ran yesterday morning for just over an hour (approx 6 miles) and it was the best hour of my weekend. First and last miles were along a beautiful sandy beach where we were staying. Bliss. :D

Vicky so happy you're getting started on running. It's good. :)

And everyone else - keep up the good work! This thread is brilliant!
 
i did lots of work in tha garden again over the weekend, including lots of barrowing, moving logs over to the woodpile, stacking them up etc.
then barrowed a load of sand from the heap to the other side of the garden to the 2 chicken runs....

does that count?

wow - gardening burns off loads :)

10 min lateral thigh trainers, shake weight and 90 leg masters this morning. 25 walk/run training tonight :D maybe wii fit later too if cheryl is going on x
