Also did 20min on wii - good mix of cardio and strengthening

5 hours up and down ladders, cutting and pasting and hanging wallpaper - think that is sufficient for today - but it is finished - you can hav a photo once the paper has dried as it looks a bit bubbly yet (hate this stage when you are never sure if it going to dry nicely or not). Has changed the feel of the room completely though - for the better! Not bad, only bought the paper 2 years ago and only just got round to doing it.
