I have just started the cruise phase? I have lost 9 pounds when I did the attack phase but I did it for thw whole 10 days.

I am just wondering how everyone else id getting on with the cruise phase, I am a bit worried that I am not doing the correct amount of exercise as it states you are meant to do 1/2 hour walking every day but I have not been doing that?:wave_cry:

I am doing this all on my own and this site might give me the support I need.

Hi xstefx, welcome to the board!

First off I recommend reading the FAQs and filling out your stats on the left hand side. That way we can tailor advice to you and how much you have to lose.

I don't always do the correct amount of exercise everyday, but other days I do more so I'm hoping that over the week it balances out. You will still lose with dukan without exercising, but the losses may be slower. Definitely do what you can!

I think I am going to up my exercise to be honest I dont think I am doing enough.

Hello - the book states that exercise (30 min for cruise) is mandatory. It's a really good idea to stick with it and make it part of your daily routine like brushing your teeth! ;) doing so helps encourage good habits - for life!!! That way the weight stays off....for good....yeay! :)
