back again :)

Monday:
breakfast = bacon and mushroom sandwich (HEB) (0.5) T.ketchup

Snacks = orange x3 , apple

Lunch = egg quiche thing with courgette, mushroom, ham and cheese (HEA)

Snacks = orange, apple

Dinner = 1.5 homemade burger, SW chips and beans

Syns:
0.5 - t.ketchup
3.5 - kinder mini
2 - skinny cow hot choc
5.5 - maltesers mini bag
1 - 2xmikado

Total = 12.5

Exercise = 1 mile walk
 
Hi, I like to do EE too. Thanks for some great ideas! I LOVE maltesers too!
 
EE is great so easy to fit around family and little ones!!, i tried original and green and felt sick or bloated :(

breakfast - wheetabix with banana and sugar

snack - 2x oranges apple

lunch - homemade burger, sw chips and beans

snack - apple, orange

dinner - chicken and bacon stir fry with chilli, garlic, ginger, sugar snap, courgette, peppers, onion and sweetcorn :)

syns:
1 - sugar
6.5 - curly wurly
0.5 - jelly
3.5- mini kinder

syns total = 11.5
