Fat Kids Love Cake - This One Needs Some Help !!!!!

Claire you food looks good today.! What do you do for work?
I brought my dress 2nd hand off eBay for (250) when the woman brought it the year before it cost her (1400) we had to go to Newcastle for it but worth every penny. Then I sold it on for the same price.
Very daring ruby, I'm not sure I could be brave enough to wear it as well as you did.!

Haha .. I like to play it different .. My wedding colours were turquoise, white & silver .. My bridesmaids wore white ;) xx

Ur wedding dress is lovely Ruby - did u have to have it specially made ? All this wedding talk is making me giddy !!!!

I'm a trainee solicitor Heather - I love it but it means that sometimes I have to bring work home :(

I'm off for cuddles with my best friends baby this evening so tea is up in the air :s

I have just had a frozen banana which was yummy :)

Xxxx

No it was in a prom dress shop so miles cheaper than a wedding dress - turquoise is my fave colour - I'm addicted to it hehe x

It depends on the day Heather !! Lol - I'm quite specialised (construction law) which is good :)

Yes, James and I live together - we have done for the last 3 years. We've had 5 babies in the family this year alone so we have plenty of nephews and nieces to keep us entertained :) (without the sleepless nights)

Well ladies, I'm a little proud tonight - we went to my friends and there was chocolate biscuits ( which I declined ), wine ( which I declined ), mars bars ( which I declined) and then we ended up ordering a Chinese and I had boiled rice and beef and peppers in blackbean sauce ( 6 syns ) . So syns for the day 7.5

Weigh in tomorrow - but it's 'that time of the month' so I'm not expecting anything much (although hoping for a small loss)

Can anyone recommend a cereal bar that I can have as hb? Somedays I'm not having a hb and I know that they're important so thought if it was a cereal bar I could have it as a snack at work. I don't go to group so can't get the hi-fi bars.

Xxxx

Can't help you with the he a/b
But very well done on tonight. I'm sure your will power is brilliant.!
I think u can have alpen light bars but I'm not sure.! If you have them as a syn they are 3 syns.
Wow what a lot of babies. Your doing the right thing. Enjoy them then give them back.lol.
Have a good day chat tomo
And good luck with weigh in. Let me know

Can you eat a bread roll? Asda do freezer packs of 60g whole meal rolls that are perfect for HEXB with soup or an egg.

Don't worry about it to much Claire. Like you say there is a reason you sts so maybe next week you will lose a little extra. Keep doing what your doing cause your doing great !!

I will look when I get home in my sw books to see what you can have a he a/b I'm sure u can have 2 alpen bars but ill check. Sorry I was going to look last night and I forgot.

Thanks Heather !

I'm going to stop being a moaning minnie this week !!!!

So, today's food:

Breakfast

I brought branflakes, fruit and yogurt with me to work, but after one mouthful I couldn't stand the yogurt so I just had a couple of oranges (sf) (s).

Lunch was lettuce (sf) (s) (I didn't realise how low I was on salad stuff until this morning) with tuna, syn free garlic mayo and sweetcorn. Then strawberries (sf) (ss) and chopped apples (sf) (s) with fat free yog and a "wheetabix on the go" bar (2.5 syns).

I'm planning chicken kievs for tea with the breadcumbs as my heB (as I didn't have my branflakes) and extra light laughing cow (1 syn) with SW chips and salad (lettuce (sf)(s), spring onions (sf) (s), cucumber (sf)(s) and sweetcorn).

Snacks

Apples and Oranges
Coffee (heA for milk)
Diet coke

Planned syns = 3.5 / 15

Weekly - 3.5 / 105

I don't think you moan at all so don't worry about putting down how you feel.
I may start doing what you have done and put my weekly allowance of syns, which my leader say I can only have ten a day for now. So from Wednesday (weigh in day I will start)

Yes Heather, they are pretty easy really – you just cut a hole in the side of the chicken breast and insert a mixture of laughing cow and whatever herb/spices you want and then dip the chicken breast in a beaten egg and roll it in breadcrumbs made from a HEB portion of bread. Spray with frylite and wack it in the oven for 20 - 25 mins. Careful not to overcook it so that the chicken doesn’t go dry.

I’ve tried it with quark, but it wasn’t as nice. You can also wrap the chicken in bacon (if you are having an uber fat day).

My Mr loves them as he is very “anti-diet” (he used to eat kit-kats for breakfast).

I just need to get home and start cooking now :s

I love the idea of the chicken Kiev. Going to try this. I have done chicken with garlic. Cloves in the middle wrapped in bacon. When I do it now I take all fat off the bacon.
I like the idea of kit Kats for breakfast. I'm pleased we don't have anything in the house so I don't get tempted. Both my girls and my Mr are doing sw with me. Although Mr isn't really sticking to plan very well. Lol.
I'm sure we spend most of our time in the kitchen now
Do you have this forum on your phone?

Just wondered if you use the app on your phone as I have heard some people say that they would never be off here if they had the app lol.
I use my phone for most things tbh.
I am going to try your Kiev it sounds lovely

I am getting a little addicted lol ! Although I can't really get the search to work on my phone ( that might just be me lol)

It's nice that ur hubby and girls are doing it with you - as much as I love my mr, he's not very good at supporting me dieting - he brought me a bottle of wine and a big bar of chocolate the other day to cheer me up without realising I couldn't have it and when I told him i couldnt have it he said ok ill have it and sat and ate / drank it all in front of me :(

How old are your girls?

I fancied something a bit naughty earlier so I've just had a muller light milkshake at 4.5 syns.

8/15

8/105

Oh wow a milkshake that's only 4 and half syns. My daughter will be pleased she was dying for one the other day and I was like no sorry there all bad. But that sounds great.
My daughters, Lauren is nearly 15 and Isabel is 13 and half (going on 20). .
I have just found a recipe for green curry chicken drumsticks. So might give them ago for our picnic. (you watch it rain)
With my app I just go straight to favourites and all the pages I have sub to comes up. Its brill. ! Addictive too
Ah but it was a nice thought that your Mr knew you had a bad day and wanted to treat you.!

I think I will have to make her that at the weekend. With Mr being away we (my girls and I) are shopping on Saturday (new school uniform and holiday clothes) and going to cinema Sunday. Then ill go back over to Lincoln to pick hub up on Monday once girls have gone to school. So busy busy busy lol.
