Seems slimming clubs arnt for everybody.
I agree. I was actually doing SW at home with the books and help from my friends on Minimins. I can't be arsed with all that "mutual support" nonsense
and I don't see the value in paying someone else to weigh me and give me a lecture when I don't lose - and I don't need a round of applause when I do lose either so what's the point? I think slimming clubs work well if you respond to competition or peer pressure, but I do neither!
SF is the only plan thats really worked for me to be honest.
Me too. I need to have the discpline of calorie counting to stop me overeating and I also find having my mind made up for 2 out of 3 meals every day quite liberating just now. Have heard a lot about the 30 day shred thingy. Seems to helping a lot of people.
