Have been reading for a few days and am ready to jump in
I'm on day 3 of attack, first one at work and a bit worried about making it through the day but am prepared and the weather(and broken aircon) is making my appetite disappear a bit.
Have been meaning to get back into weightloss mode for AGES but have been quite, quite rubbish. Saw the book in waterstones, was interested, read up a bit online(found you guys) and decided to go ahead quickly before I made up more excuses.
Food wise made do with what I had on sat (and lovely lunch at Yo sushi) and shopping arrived sunday. So far its going okay but its making me wee alot
Have a long long way to go.
