I started LT this morning with the aim of losing about 4 stone before my wedding day which is in august.
I've always been porkie but when i reached 17 stone i realised i had to do something about it. Not sure if i made the right decision starting on a weekend as during the week i would have been busy working and not thinking about food.
Wishing everyone goodluck and any advice to take my mind of grub is welcome.
