Aww shucks thanks guys. Having a good week this week as well so currently sitting at 105lbs off with another 3 days to go until official WI. Cant wait until Friday so I can change it, lol.

I do indeed. You'll find it in the diary section. Not all of my weight was lost through vlcd though. The first 3 stones was on Atkins but my diary on here will take you from when I started exante.
