I'm the heaviest I have ever been and really do not want to put on anymore weight as I will hit that 20 stone mark if I'm not careful.
I'm hoping that keeping a food diary here will keep me focused and on the right track. I'm a little unsure of what days I'm going to follow yet but will probably go with extra easy and see how I get on. I would appreciate anyone that has the time to give some suggestions and just check what I'm doing is right!
First day tomorrow, and the plan is:
All bran (HEb)
Milk (HEa)
grapes and strawberries
Omelette with ham, mushrooms, and toms with a salad
Yogurt and satsumas
Minced turkey with homemade ratatouille and sweet potato wedges.
Tinned peaches (syns?)
Scoop of vanilla icecream (syns)
Does this seem about right?
