Now if you're a guy, you're gonna be thinking, well that's nothing to boast about! But inches mean a whole lot more to us dieters, right?!?! And that's how much smaller my waist is after three 1/2 months on this diet Dead chuffed :-D

Well...it won't be soon but it WILL happen-I'm determined even more now to lose weight.I am really looking forward to buying new clothes in the styles I like rather than putting up with whatever fits me.I really hate all my clothes at the moment.I am so ready to get rid of black trousers and loose baggy tops-also mostly in dark colours.I had a tattoo done on my wrist recently of the word "titanium" to remind me that I am strong!It really does help.
