flapjack ideas

any one got any ideas on a flapjack recipe im trying not to buy anything in that i can be tempted by, but my daughter wants me to bake again as i used to bake homemade cakes etc any ideas on this or a low syn cake would be fab thanks

I reckon you could do flapjack with bulgur wheat. (possibly food abuse.....I'm not sure!!!) if not you can used your HEXB fand I'm sure I've read a recipe somewhere that used egg white and Splenda instead of golden syrup? Agave nectar is low and has a caramel flavour so maybe use that?
