Day 17 - green day

Breakfast

Oatso Simple (HEX B), banana and Aptivia fat free yogurt

Lunch

Jacket potato with baked beans

Tea

71g canned salmon (HEX B), pasta, mixed veg and 1 tbsp double cream (3.5 Syns)

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), frozen Mullerlight and fromage frais (not the most successful of experiments - won't be doing it again), a Curly Wurly (5.5 Syns) and a little bar of Cadbury milk (5.5 Syns)

Syns for the day = 14.5

Syns left for the week = 55.5 - 14.5 = 41

Day 18 - green day

Breakfast

None - got up late! :)

Lunch

Roast chicken (HEX B - 71g cooked weight), dry roast potatoes, peas and carrots

Tea

71g canned salmon (HEX B), pasta and mixed veg

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), 2 x Curly Wurly (11.5 Syns), Aptivia fat free yogurt, raspberries, a banana and a pear

Syns for the day = 11.5

Syns left for the week = 41 - 11.5 = 29.5

Day 19 - extra easy day

Breakfast

Apple and Aptivia fat free yogurt

Lunch

Oatso simple (HEX B), melon and yogurt

Tea

Spaghetti bolognaise (2 Syns) and carrots

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), Curly Wurly (6 Syns), Aptivia fat free yogurt

Syns for the day = 8

Syns left for the week = 29.5 - 8 = 21.5

Breakfast

Mullerlight yogurt

Lunch

Jacket potato, very low fat cottage cheese, salad and an apple

Tea

Beef stroganoff (4 Syns), rice, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, SW Syn-free ice cream (made in new ice cream maker - yum yum!)

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), Curly Wurly (6 Syns), ham, pear and a banana

Syns for the day = 10

Syns left for the week = 21.5 - 10 = 11.5
 
Day 21 - extra easy day

Breakfast

Banana and Mullerlight

Lunch

Jacket potato, very low fat cottage cheese and an apple

Tea

Pasta bolognaise (3 Syns) with carrots, cauliflower and peas.

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), toffee and Malteser (5 Syns) SW ice cream (made with toffee Mullerlights) - oh wow! :D

Syns for the day = 8

Syns left for the week = 11.5 - 8 = 3.5

End of week 3.

Let's see what tomorrow's weigh in brings...

Seemed to have missed a day - stayed the same at weigh in yesterday, sigh.

What I must confess to is consuming 50 Syns worth of chocolate. Big whoops.

Ah well, the show must go on...

I did at least do a 5.3 mile walk today, so maybe I walked some of that off!

Day 23 - extra easy day

Breakfast

Banana, Oatso Simple (HEX B) and Aptivia fat free yogurt

Lunch

Pear, grapes, Aptivia fat free yogurt

Tea

Chilli and rice (2 Syns)

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), frozen Mullerlight yogurt

Syns for the day = 2

Syns left for the week = 20 - 2 = 18
 
Day 24 - red day

Breakfast

Bacon and eggs

Lunch

2 pears and an Aptivia fat free yogurt, Oatso Simple (HEX B)

Tea

Beef chilli (2 Syns), 35g dry weight wholewheat pasta (HEX B), carrots, broccoli and cauliflower

Extras

250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEX A), apple, raspberries and yogurt, chocolate (12 Syns)

Syns for the day = 14

Syns left for the week = 18 - 14 = 4

(good job that technically I have another 35 Syns to play with :rolleyes:)

Quorn sausages and eggs

Roast chicken 142g (both HEX Bs), SW roast potatoes, carrots and peas.

Jacket potato with beans
