Do you think being out of Ketosis would be making me feel better ?
It's just since the chicken lastnight, i feel great, and not hungry at all, not thinking of food in anyway.
Although, i'm sitting here freezing.

Hey Tom, you'll start to feel better soon jsut give it time. I'm cold all the time too but hey if I can lose waeight and that's the only thing that bugs me then I'm cool with it, just wrap up If you bring yourself outta ketosis then you won't be burning fat, which is what you want. How much water do you drink a day?

Just a quick question,

I'm going to Sydney in a few weeks time, but just had a though about carrying liquids onto flights. Is that still in place ?

I was planning on taking Tetras for the flights, but now not sure if that would be allowed ??
Any thoughts ?

Other option would be bars for the duration of the flight.
Also need to think about water etc...

I just recently returned from the states & was not allowed to take tetra's, although i've been told that those who have taken them had had problems with them exploding.

I was allowed to take the packs & bars but only in checked luggage, from my understanding each airline operates differently, i flew with United. So the best thing to do would be to check with the airline or airlines you will be flying with....xxx

That was one of my thoughts, what if they explode, so good you mentioned that it does happen or that coulda been messy lol!

I drink between 4 & 5L a day.

the reason you couldnt get the packs in to norn iron is because youve had foot and mouth on the main land and we dont want it lol

i travel frequently between belfast and england and i carry 200ml packs of my daughters nutrini milk and 500ml packs of her calogen ( a yucky fat emulsion eurgh ) and as i have a letter from doc as to what it is and what its used for ive never had it confiscated and have never had to taste it either ( it smells like bum! )
