Do you happen to know salt content - I can compare to my Bouillon and the low salt option in Sainsburys.

1 a day is more than enough

sodium is 0.36 per 5g serving

1 x 12g serving of bovril has 0.9g of salt
1 x 5g serving of boullion has .94g of salt

not sure waht the CD one has.

I meant the marigold one. Personally i dont like the CD one, but my dearest OH has been stealing my marigold boullion for himself (even though his BMI is 17!) and i can't find it anywhere at the moment!!!

:fyi: They sometimes put it with the gluten-free and detox food.

There's no shortage in sunny South Croydon, so if you need a pot desperately, let me know

Be careful guys, sodium content and salt content arent the same thing. Salt content is higher than sodium content.
