Hi I joined slimming world today for the second time.
Im going to log my weight and food eaten on a daily basis.
Here goes.
Saturday 11/01/14
First weigh in today: 20st 10lb
Breakfast
(This is a large breakfast I know but I wanted kind of a last blowout before i got started lol)
2 tesco healthy eating cumberland sausages. (2 syns)
3 egg ommlette (made with frylight)
2 rashers of bernard mathews turkey bacon
half tin of baked beans
2 slices hovis nimble (h ex B choice)
2 level tsp flora light (2 Syns)
tbsp hp sauce (1 syns)
Total syn:5
Lunch
1 pack bernard matthews turkey chunks
1 sweet and sour mugshot
banana
2 satsumas
Total syn:0
Dinner
spicy chicken spinach and sweet potato curry (pg 104 of extra easy cookbook)
white rice
broccoli, carrots

snacks
1 apple
handfull of grapes
Healthy extras
A: 250ml semi skimmed milk
B: 2 nimble
