So excited mini mins is back!! Been back on plan for 3 weeks, this is my 4th, so seems like a good time to start a new diary!! Lost 13lbs so far, hoping for my stone on Monday night :) Any hoo, will begin posting diaries and will add pics too.

Friday 27th Nov

B: 2 x Hi Fi Light
L: Homemade soup
D: Carbonara (HexB + 2 syns)

Saturday 28th Nov

Breakfast: Hi Fi Light bar - 3 syns

Lunch: Cheese, ham and red onion toastie (HexB + HexA)

Dinner: Chicken, pepper, onion, mushrooms and Fajita mix (2.5 syns) SW chips and salad

Syns: Mini Milky Way (3.5 syns)

Total syns: 9 syns
 
Sunday 29th November
Weigh in tomorrow! Really hoping for my stone award

Breakfast: Hi Fi bar (3 syns)
Lunch: Ham salad sandwich (HexB)
Dinner: Chilli con carne, brown rice
Syns: Puft Hoops (3.5 syns)
HexA - Milk

Total syns: 6.5

Monday 30th November

2.5lbs off tonight, stone award and total loss of 1st 1.5lbs. :) :)

Breakfast - hi fi light (3)
Lunch -- ham salad sandwich (hexb)
Dinner - spag bol, 30g parmesan (hexa) and GF ciabatta roll (5 syns) sprayed with garlic fry lite

An on plan but yummy tea for weigh in night :)

congrats on your stone award :) I love getting inspiration from everyone's food diaries so I'm glad its back too! How do make your carbonara if you don't mind me asking?
