Have posted another thread about me coming of Citalopram for anxiety and I am trying to find out any healthy foods rich in seratonin, which is the happy mood.

Any ideas lovely people???

Or anything that works for them, ideas really

well, turkey and cranberry sauce on wholemeal bread tomorrow then......was getting a bit fed up with pasta and needed a change....xx

Porridge! :D

Not only good for making your head happy, but it is a slow release of energy. Better than having a sudden sugar spike which may trigger symptoms of anxiety. Good luck Julie x
