I'm not sure if bananas are rich in seratonin, they are good if you've got an exam & are nervous.

In fact bananas are also good for diahorea and constipation;)

Below are foods that may help raise serotonin levels in your brain. However, if you are depressed, anxious or very stressed, make a point of talking with your doctor about how you’re feeling.

    Kiwi
    Pineapple
    Plantains
    Plums
    Tomatoes
    Moderate Serotonin Concentration
    Avocado
    Black Olives
    Broccoli
    Cantaloupe
    Cauliflower
    Dates
    Eggplant
    Figs
    Grapefruit
    Honeydew melon
    Spinach

    sharon.

    Porridge! :D

Not only good for making your head happy, but it is a slow release of energy. Better than having a sudden sugar spike which may trigger symptoms of anxiety. Good luck Julie x
