Woodworm is easily treatable. I should think your mortgage company would put something in the mortgage decreeing you have to have a specialist do it. Just look for signs of damp as woodworm favour damp wood

No damp. Well, really lie damp levels he said presumably caused from the house being empty n closed up. Just googling here n yea, seems simple enough to do ourselves.
My BF's mam said they had it in their house too when they bought it

Just got off the phone to my cousin. Between him n his brother they can do all the work if needs n n wud sav us about EUR5k!!
Mainly we just need s plumber to move the boiler from the kitchen extension to inside the main house... He said got him to supply n fit, it's b tops EUR500... Allot better than I'd imagined tbh...
We're gona talk sum more in the morning n see if we can it at a better price. N go from there
Another house we viewed ages ago has been updated/refreshed today. It's a cheaper asking price as well but further than we'd intended but still not too far... So we may ring up n make a cheeky bid on that too
Anyway. Am fooked after kettlebells so am off to the land of nod night all x

I'm actually not too bad.. YET!! Bum is as stiff!! ha ha.. Otherwise grand.. Was kinda the same last time n by this evening was just about able to move.. Hopefully won't be as bad.. but we'll see..

Morning hun.. No not too bad yet.. Little stiff and my ass is killing me ha ha.. But it wasn't until later in the evening that I got bad last time so hoping it doesn't get so bad..
But OMG she was tough on us last night.. was a full hour of Kettlebells.. Usually she only does half hour kettlebells, half hour of something else..

Hahaha Well the hospital doesn't sound too appealing and ok the bath idea didn't work out...hmmmm.....hot water bottle under your bum to ease any tension?!? That work for you??? LOL Actually that sounds quite nice - it's bloody freezing here all day, haven't taken my coat off!
