Drinks: Coffee. Tea made with FF milk (2?)

Brekkie: Weetabix Bran Flakes 40g with 100ml SS milk - 5pp

Lunch: 2 toast (3) Small tin spaghetti (3) - 6pp

Dinner: 3 bottles bulmers light :D - 9pp

Snack: Slice (1/8) of my apple Tart - 6pp

  • I was only 1pp under using all my dailies
  • I went walking!
  • I had sum luvly bulmers to cool me down :D (that counts as a positive right?? It made me happy :D )

Yup.. Meeting my friend there in half an hour!! Have 13dailies, 5 weeklies and 13activities available to use.. Am gona hav a tender meal so its only 3 tenders, n small plain chips.. So gona be semi good :) Ya jealous??? lol

WEIGH DAY

Wohoo... 1lb down.. So delighted with it after last weekends eating..
Am having a day off plan today so hopefully can pull it back again before next weigh in :D (when I say a 'day' off, i mean an evening.. Will be good as I can during the day.. But when the drink is flowing I wont b counting..Will just use only dailies for the coming and behave as if there's no such thing as weeklies.. Will also try up the AP's earned..

Saturday 01st October - Planned Day Off Plan

Drinks: Glass white wine spritzer (4). 2 btl's Prosecco (between 3) (15) Bulmers Lite x4 (12). 750ml Lime Vodka (between 2 of us) (29) - 60pp

Lunch: HUGE bowl 0pp Soup. Chicken ceasar bagel - 6pp

Dinner: 2 Slices pizza. 1 Chicken tender. 4 r 5 wedges - 16pp

PP's Used: 82/29
Total Weeklies Used: 53/49

OK so I had been planning to have today off plan for a good while and had whatever the hell I wanted. Love every last bite and drop of drink.. No guilt felt at all... And back on it now so will hopefully have a good enough result (and not too much of a gain on Saturday)

Dinner: Double cheeseburger (Maccers) - 10pp

Snack: Maltesers - 5pp

Total Weeklies Used: Owe 4 weeklies from yest so take today's 5 unused and we're even steven's :D
