Yes "Jono's special" was food.. It was sausages (grilled), slice of hard cheddar cheese, topped with a fried egg on toast :D
Was only OK but had to tell him it was gorgeous!! ha ha..

Super busy in work n was out shopping last night straight from work.. And that meant had Eddies for dinner!! Just doing up my PP's now.. And I know am in for a shcoker!!
Let myself have a DVD n munchie night Sunday for Hallowe'en...

Hiya Frances, Diary looks great for the bank holiday and you still have 10 weeklies left!!

I had an terrible weekend food wise but had great nights out and really enjoyed myself...even managed a 1lb loss (I'm still shocked). xx

Yea not too bad I suppose but still was bold choices so not hoping for much. Was out again for dinner today :eek:

I had a terrible food weekend also.. I stayed within limits but still made awful food choices..

Morning hun..
I had a lickle WI this morning just to see.. 1lb gain.. Not so bad.. So hopefully by Saturday that will be down to a half gain or even better STS :) Won't be knocked tho if it is a gain.. With all the bad food choices over the past couple of weekends etc its bound to catch up..
Ate out AGAIN last night!!! And will most probably be a dodgy dinner again tonight coz i'm going to visit my friend.. She had a baba a few weeks back so am going to meet her little addition :) Can't wait for snuggles :D
