Hello everyone again :)

Well I'm back here again to start a fresh diary :) I'm 10 stone 6lbs so I've not put on anything since I lost weight so I'm happy.
But I'm here to start tracking again and get back on track.

Day 1 :)

Breakfast - Special K - 2 points
Lunch - Dairylea Dunker - 2.5pts and a yogurt 1pt
Snack - Crisps 1.5pts, Chocolate 3pts
Dinner - Weightwatchers Pizza - 5pts

Total - 15 pts :)
Exercise - Bodypump - 2 bonus points.

Points saved :) - 5 pts :)

Lunch - Sandwich - 4pts, Crisps - 1.5pts
Dinner - Chicken Tikka Masala - 6.5pts

Total = 15 pts :)
Exercise - 1hr walking = 1pt

Total saved - 4pts :)
