I know realistically that 2.8 is a good loss but I'm disappointed in myself for allowing my water intake to drop and I think that's why I didn't lose another pound. :sigh:
Just some crooked thinking, but it will spur me on to drink more this week.
ARRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!! Help! I don't know what it is today, but I really, really want to eat - no argument in my head nothing like that - just want to eat! Was so tempted to pop into ASDA and get some cooked chicken and scoff the lot - I didn't, but was really tempted! What is going on with me????
