    Good morning to anyone reading. This is the first day of my restart. I've drank half a pint of water. My first shake will be toffee and walnut, then porridge, then spicy tomato soup. I'm not very fond of spicy tomato but it's almost out of date so no choice lol.

    Good Luck with your restart - I am waiting until Monday. There are loads of people restarting so the boards should be busy!

    Thanks girls. Wilma, love the name. Can picture Fred Flintstone shouting Wilmaaaaaaaaa. :giggle: I am starting my second pint of water now.

    I had started reading Mary Poppin's thread one year ago today and paused to type this so am going back to it.

    I feel hungry.:( My tummy is rumbling a bit. I think I am having physical and head hunger at the same time, trust me to be awkward lol. Am looking forward to my porridge later. I'm away to top up my pint glass.

    Hi all, this is day one again for me, for the last time. Am at work, which I thought would be easier but everyone has just decided to order the p word. So I am going to have my soup and then hide somwhere i think lol
