Frying eggs with frylight

As the others have said it sounds like you are cooking on to high a heat. I gently heat a non-stick pan on a mid-low heat, spray 4-5 sqiurts of fry light and then add the egg, after about 1 minute/when egg is white white I ease a spatula/fish slice under the egg and gently roll it over on to the other side to quickly cook.

Great post with some great tips - my eggs have room for improvement so I'll be trying some of these tips at lunch time I think!
 
I have no probs at all. A good non-stick pan (essential, not a cheapy), fry light... and a spatula. To me it's no different than cooking in oil. I cook it on one side, flip it over and let it cook for about 30 secs, turn off the pan while I dish up everything else. The heat of the pan continues to cook the egg. Then just slide the eggs out of the pan onto the plate. :)
