Well Done on the 4lb! How did u find the red week? xx

I had red days the last 4 days and really enjoyed them!! It's hard to say whether it was those that resulted in a good loss, or the fact that it just seems to be my pattern- a big one then a few slow weeks- I've been like that since the beginning! I'll be doing EE this week because I'm eating out a lot, but will definitely do more red in future now that I know what I can have!X

Hi Funcurls :)
How did you find red days? I am thinking about giving it a try to have a change from EE but don't fully understand it.

Some of your meals look fab! Aren't those SW recipe books a life saver some weeks?! x

I really enjoyed them!! I tried to have just HEXs and fruit n veg as snacks, but when I'm on a long shift in work I need to be prepared so I hard boiled some eggs (I'm a big egg fan...luckily!) and cooked some very low fat sausages (chipolatas) from www.joessausages.co.uk (brilliant sausages and other product- come with SW certificate!) and took them into work one day as well as my other meals and they came in really handy!! Cooking lots from recipe books/SW mag and lots of stirfried veg and salads got me through and I really had fun with it!! When it suits me I'll be having more of these, I just find that when eating out it's more practical to go EE!X
