you are 20 points if you count your day to day life as sitting most the time
but if you choose occassionally sitting mainly standing then you are 22 points
but soon as you lose 1lb in weight and your 10.13lbs (in the 10's) then you lose a point
so if i were you i would stick to 20 cos your practically in the 10's anyway!
