Gemma's Diary Mixed Days - red, green, EE - new to EE advice welcome

Well.... Lost 2.5lb and I'm 0.5lb from target!!! Soooo close but soooo happy yipppeeee! Defo going to stick with green again this week :D:D

Wednesday 15/05/2013 - GREEN DAY

B: 35g Porridge (HEB), PART 400ML Smart Price Unsweetened Soya Milk (HEA), Blueberries, 1tsp Hartley's best jam (0.5 syns)
L: Mugshot, x5 scan bran (HEB) topped with sliced banana, Mullerlight
D: Pasta salad (tomatoes, spring onions, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper) with Kraft Light French Dressing, Asda spinach and ricotta tortellini (100g serving 3.5 syns) and 3 Quorn Sausages (3 syns)
22g Packet of Snack a Jacks (4.5 syns), Hi Lights Hot Chocolate (2 syns), grapes, strawberries
 
Thursday 16/05/2013 - green day:

B: x2 400g wholemeal bread (toasted) (HEB) with x2 tsp of Hartley's Best Jam (1 syn total), Alpen Light Bar (3 syns)
L: Leftover pasta salad ^ with 30g Cheddar (HEA) x5 scan bran (HEB), topped with x2 sliced bananas & Mullerlight
D: Piece of chickpea dahl flan, BNS Chips and side salad.

L: x2 pieces of salmon cooked in soya sauce, vegetable stir fry and garlic mushrooms, Asda Fat Free Yoghurt - bought these to try as they are new and checked the syn value (after I ate it) - 5 flipping syns each eeeeekkkk!!! Typical, as Mullerlights are so bloody expensive!
D: Bacon and mushroom quiche, salad, Mullerlight
22g packet of Snack a Jacks (4.5 syns), x2 Alpen Lights (HEB), Hi Lights Hot Choc (2 syns)

Another alcohol free weekend - best hit target tomorrow!!

L: 300g Asda Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni (10.5 syns) high in syns but it needed to be eaten and it was sooo filling! Mullerlight

Thank you I'm really hoping I hit taget if nothing else but to save myself £5 per week!! It was really nice on the scan bran, not sure why I haven't thought about using jam before now it's really low in syns and feels like a right treat, if I hit target tonight think I'll have some on some syn free pancakes to celebrate :p here's hoping!
