Snacks - 2 clementines, 1 banana, HExB Fibre Plus Bar

Lunch @ 12:30 - Home made veg soup , fruit salad

Afternoon snacks - Velvet crunch crisps - 4 syns, freddo 5.5 syns , apple

Tea @ 8:00pm
Jacket spud with cottage cheese

wholemeal pasta with home made meatballs in homemade veg tomato sauce - planning on putting finely diced carrotts, courgette, peppers and mushrooms in it
