Seems like I've eaten loads today, but I've got a cold and generally feel lousy, and my boyfriend says I need to keep my strength up lol (any excuse to eat haha) all within the plan though so not too worried, weighing in tonight hopefully if I feel up to it, fingers crossed for my half stone award :)

Yep had salad with my lunch and bolognese is packed full of veg. Also have fruit for snacks throughout the day too

God today's been such a mixed day! Bad because I binged on Chinese when I finished early - need to get that in check again - but good because we booked a last minute hol for my birthday! We go in 2 weeks! So that's it, from tomorrow there are 15 days till we fly, so I'm going to try and have 15 x 100% binge free on plan days. I'm sure it's possible. Would like to be in the 11s when a go away.

Wish me luck, I sure as hell know Ill need it x
 
Just popping in to wish you luck. A holiday sounds like a great incentive to stay on plan! congrats on your half stone award too! it must be really hard to resist temptation when you work around food!
 
Thanks for your message :) Staying on plan at work is the hardest part, working in a busy hotel restaurant means trying dishes, testing out new things, picking at stuff that will otherwise be thrown away, the list is endless! Think am going to try some red and green days to try and keep me on track till my hol. Thanks again for popping by :) x

Oh God, that sounds like torture being surrounded by so much nice food - I don't think I'd be able to resist! Just saw that you lost 6 1/2 lbs in week 1 - that's amazing (I've lost less than 5 in 3 weeks!)! I'm new to SW so I still haven't managed to get my head around the green & red days, but I think I might have a look around the forums this week & try to figure it out! Anyway, you sound really motivated so good luck with your pre-holiday weight loss! :)
