Getting to goal this time - my last ever food diary!

Going back to basics and doing some EE days this week - after all, that's what I did in my first week on SW and I managed to lose a whopping 6.5lbs! Going to see if I can have a repeat of that week!

Tuesday 20th November - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast

Kiwi

Lunch
Jacket potato
Tuna (1 syn for mayo)
Lettuce, cucumber
45g reduced fat cheese (HeA)

Dinner
Parpadelle bolognese - loads of superfree in there (onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes)

Snacks
2 Rocky Road Hifi bars (HeB)
M&S chocolate mousse (4.5 syns)
Couple of pieces of chicken tikka
M&S chocolate cornflake bites (18 syns- oops!)

Syns:
Daily - 23.5
Weekly - 23.5/70

Healthy Extras:

Exercise:
Walk to university

Thoughts:
Today has been a really good day, despite skipping uni I managed to start and pretty much finish one of my law assignments. Pretty happy with it too. Date night tomorrow with my fella and I'm making us a homemade curry instead of going out to eat! Going to the cinema afterwards though to see Bradley Cooper's new film Silver Linings Playbook.. Can't wait! Might even hit the gym tomorrow too...

So a whole week off plan and I've only gained half a pound so I'm thrilled! Well and truly getting on it between now and Xmas.. Lets just say I've rediscovered my positive mental attitude :)

Off to Body Combat in a bit to kick some ass :D Can't wait! Have 2 meals out planned this week (1 tomorrow evening and 1 Friday lunchtime) so need to do a bit of exercise to try and counteract the damage!
 
Not doing great at all at the mo hun. Hopefully I'll get my act together before Christmas & get rid of another few lbs! Hope the exercise class went well! :)
