Getting to goal :)

Knows my weight will be up tomorrow :( but I'm so bloated being on it's not funny. But I have done measurements today :) and still have -1 inch off my waist but boobs and stomach are swollen :( can't have everything at once x x x

Exactly think of the inch loss great incentive I know it can be hard but measurements as well
As weigh inns are deffo worth it

Although iv never done measurements should take my own advice
 
Don't think I'll have any loss atm ggrrr TOTM :0( it's not good but losses inch wise are fab :) so that cheers me up totally! x x x
 
I'm in the 220's wooohooooo admittedly only just in em ;) but am still on so NOT grumbling and my belt is another notch tighter as well so I'm on cloud 9 today :D

229.8 is my official weight today :D .... I'm gobsmacked as I'm very bloated still which isn't helping the situation. Also as the weather was SO rainy yesterday I didn't manage to get out on my bike :( I've turned into a cyclist who gets miffed if she can't go out ~lol~

Working lots today so that will help things, but I can't believe I'm shrinking and its becoming more noticeable now. I've even bought tops that are fitted rather than the big baggy stuff I use to hide behind. Although I'm happy about getting smaller stuff I'm still very insecure about showing my body off as I can see issue areas!

I'm lucky that I'm tightening up without too much flabby stuff hanging about, time will help with that and as long as I keep doing exercise it will help the issue even more! Have to admit I rather enjoyed doing the boxing the other evening :D

Dee... Not sure about those as I've got a dodgy back lol I'll keep going with my toning circle which should do the trick.

Thanks for stopping by katierose :) I've been doing this a while but recently with the chromium tablets I've managed to lose a gentle 3lbs on average a week for the past month.

Realized that if I keep it up by the wedding I can lose a potential extra 27lbs I think it was x x x
 
Dee .... you KNOW I'm aiming for that 2 stone ;) lol I'm terrible now I've got things shifting! Also my OH is nearly that weight ...so I'm aiming to try and lose that little bit more so I weigh less than him on our wedding day.

I am going to see how far I can push myself to get beyond what I wanted to lose ;) x x x
 
I'm wondering whether I should do a work out dvd tonight as I've still got a headache :( but not sure bouncing about is the way forward tonight. I want to do the exercise so that I can lose a bit more weight per week. I'm loving that I have got the motivation to keep going onwards and inwards. Sorry for rambling but I can't help it when I get thinking I get typing :S x x x
 
Well decided to do my work out DVD and before I use to have to take a break but now I can do it all without stopping :D might sound like a silly achievement but it means the cardio is getting better.

My hard work biking and walking more is paying off :D and this DVD I used last time I lost the 3stone on LT so not feeling half as bad with this diet and exercise ;)

Buzzy bunny ATM so sorry for rambling but loving it :D x x x

Thanks Emariex it's just my ramblings to keep track of how far I've come and to keep me motivated. Hope it helps others as it's never easy dieting but it's lovely if you can see others are having the same issues but overcoming the probs it does help.

It was annoying that I'd lost 3stone on LT a few years ago but hadn't changed my outlook so gained it all back but this time I'm changing me completely adding an exercise regime into my life has really helped.

Even tho I'm not as light as I was (only 8lbs) until that point ;) but I'm slimmer than I was back then. That's because I've been exercising more this time and my body is changing shape rather than just losing pounds.

I'm so glad I'm back on track and well in time for my wedding in just over 9 weeks time x x x
 
Thats great about the workout !!! And the wedding id deffo somthing to focus on !!!!
im doing the treadmill again and im pushing myself upping the jogging so eventually i can do a full 30 mins jogging at a gentle pace , right now i can only do 15 mins . building it up slowly i started at 40 mins for 3 miles now i got that down to 34 mins slowly improving .

I did the same as you with lt !! im glad i came to slim and save though im my lowest weight for a long time which im dead chuffed about and its keeping me going i just want to be comfortable with myself nd i havnt been for a long time !!
 
Munchbunch ...I can understand that and once I've gotten below 15st 10lbs it will be completely new territory! Can't wait but also slightly scary as I'm not use to being this slim :( finding my brains still at the 18st 93/4lbs marker I started at rather than the 16st 5lbs I am now. It amazes me just how far I have come...still a long way to go but a 1lb at a time :) x x x
 
Just checked and I'm 228lbs which is 16st 4lbs lol see I'm even adding weight to myself x x x
 
Looked back at what I started LT weighing and I use to be 262lbs that's a whopping 34lbs I've lost so far :D its strange thinking I've lost so much from the beginning but my tracker is only showing what I've lost on the S&S stuff as I was getting disheartend with keep losing the same stone for a while.

I think the migraine I've got today is dehydration and me fighting off a bug, as today I'm really bloated even tho I'm not on now. Have had to take the tablets for my labrynthitis as now I'm up I'm feeling dizzy. So today is defo a rest day for me :( don't like having to rest but I'm not silly to try pushing when my body is obviously struggling.

Today has mainly been spent in bed sleeping as I feel awful :( but did manage to catch up on minimins today so not all bad x x x
