Glammam's refeed diary!!!!

Day 27:

B: maintenance bar
L: minestrone soup, garlic and corriander pitta bread, ww yoghurt
D: 4 oz pasta,bolognese made with quorn, mushrooms, onions, ww pasta sauce, little bit of rattatouille. Steamer bag of veg.

Really enjoyed my tea tonight. Was a bit unsure about the quorn at first but it was gorgeous. Really tasty and filling, so low in fat and cals. Also got enough left over for tomorrow!
 
Day 28:

Use up the leftovers day!

B: maintenance bar
L: quorn bolognese
pitta bread
D: quorn bolognese
2oz (dry weight) pasta
steamer bag of veg
ww yoghurt
Snacks: 4 crab sticks

2 lts water
2 coffees
 
Day 29:

Skipped breakfast, went back to bed with my daughter this morning!

D: mixed salad
olives
bean salad
garlic prawns

strawberries
meringue
natural yoghurt

All from marksies, lush!
