Afternoon all i hope you all well
Well im sick of wasting veg and fruit and then throwing loads out and rebuying again and wasting money, so today ive slaved in that kitchen for nearly 2 hours and still had no breakfast or dinner which im gettin as soon as done this
I had big bag of carrots, big swede, brocolli, big bag of sprouts, bag of baking potatos, sweet potatoes.
So now i have 7 bags of swede and carrots, 6 bags of sprouts with brocollli, mountains of sw friendly chips with mixed sweet pots, and 6 bags of sw friendly roasties all par boiled and in freezer apart from swede and carrots, i made that up and froze it.
And to top it off im using a bit of mince for dinner with pitta bread with lashing of veg with tad of mayo and had loads of mince left over, i made a bolognese and there enough for tomoz tea and to freeze woop woop go me. I have separated all my meat so one per meal instead of two and tbh i feel great now.
Im sitting here with a lovely bacardi and diet coke, well i do deserve it.
