banana

sweet potato,leek and tomato soup

banana+2xheb,2xoriginal ryvita+1 syn flora el

garlic and herb wedges,mushy peas+veggie(sweetcorn,brocolli,carrots and onion)omelette with 1xhea 42g half fat cheese grated on top

fresh start today after a bad weeknend of eating junk,then having sicky bug gonna start again today and i will be 100%

also have managed to put on 3lb ,gotta go.

melon+banana

egg and bacon pie(no pastry)grilled tomatoes and mushrooms

1xhea 28g cheese with handfull of grapes

1xheb lemon hi fi bar...yummy

chicken and rice salad ,mini baked potatoes

hi loopeylou .hello and welcome to my diary.
im glad im back on track now,seemed to have so much on in the last couple of days.but back on it now 100%.i must say though am feeling better allready now im eating better food.been out and stocked up this morning morrisons have got loads on offer at the mo.check out the where are all the bargains thread. i got loads,bacon was 99p and half price rump steak,might have that fri with sw chips red onion and syn free peppercorn sauce.all syn free.FABULOUS ROLL ON FRIDAY he he x

well bns was ok a bit tasteless i thought but ive tried it .
