Have I gone over my syns? Or do healthy B's save me?

I have come back to slimmers world this week after putting all the weight back on I lost about 4 years ago, :-(

Struggling to remember exactly how it works, today I have had the following, have I gone slightly over or do hezlthy b's save me?

1 Alpen light summer fruit bar - 2.5
2 muller light yogurts - 0
1 Baked Cheese and Onion Walkers Crisps - 3.5
Mixed fresh fruit - 0
Boiled Rice - 0
Diet Coke Chicken - 0
1 Snack a Jack Caramel - 2.5
Spring water tuna with extra light mayo - 1
Totalling 9.5 syns

The crucial bit is the 2 x Tesco Wholemeal flatbread which I have been told are 5.5syns each, or I could use them as my healthy B's on extra easy.

I dont understand whether these are 11 syns or not, how do I decide if they are healthy b's or syns?

Please help me!!!
